A very protein rich source, which will not increase your weight if you have it in moderation. It can be the most important part of your weight loss or weight gain diet.

How to hard boil eggs

I am not a big fan of hard boil eggs. I only have them with salads or sometimes with sandwiches or my wife makes a mean curry with hard boiled eggs.

Simple steps to have perfectly hard boiled eggs.

1. Put the eggs in a saucepan.

2. Pour enough tap water to cover them.

3. Cover the saucepan with a lid and put it on stove and turn the heat to high.

4. Let the water come to a rolling boil.

5. Lower the heat to low and let the eggs simmer in the water for 10 minutes.

6. Take the saucepan off the stove and drain the water out of it.

7. Put the egss under flowing tap water for 4 to 5 minutes.

8. Peel them and you will find perfectly hard boiled eggs.
