How to Boil Egg
A very protein rich source, which will not increase your weight if you have it in moderation. It can be the most important part of your weight loss or weight gain diet.

Cook medium boiled egg

I like medium boiled eggs more than soft boiled ones. I mostly eat them qithout any accompanied foods. I just sprinkle pepper and salt, sit in front of the tv and eat them. If I am drinking a little something in the evening, I use medium boiled eggs as a snack.

Simple steps to medium boil eggs.

1. Put the egss in a saucepan. Make sure the eggs are at room temperature before you use them for boiling.

2. Pour tap water on them, till the water covers them, just enough.

3. Put it on stove at high heat and let the water come to a rolling boil. Covering the saucepan with a lid is a good idea.

4. Lower the heat and uncover the saucepan.

5. Let the eggs simmer boil for 7 minutes, if it is a large sized egg simmer for 8 minutes.

6. Take the eggs of the stove , drain the boiling water out of the saucepan.

7. Keep the eggs under flowing water from the tap for a minute or two and than peel the shells.

8. Eat them.
